Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Create content for social media, emails, and promotional materials such as videos and multimedia projects.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Assist with content writing, editing, and graphic support to ensure content alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Assist in developing the Company profile for the website.
- Manage and update content across social media platforms and websites.
- Collaborate with other departments to execute marketing projects.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Schedule and publish social media content across platforms.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies.
- Research industry trends to stay ahead of digital marketing innovations.
- Provide general support for ongoing marketing projects and offline initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut), content creation platforms (e.g., Canva), and design software (e.g., Photoshop).
- Knowledge of social media management and email marketing.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
- Good understanding of marketing, content creation, and social media.
- Willing to learn and have a proactive attitude.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- This is a 6-month contract (renewable / opportunity to convert to permanent role).
