We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Asset Sales Specialist to expand our online presence and support our sales efforts.

Job Summary:

The Marketing & Asset Sales Specialist will be a key player in driving our online marketing strategies and supporting the sales of our assets. This role encompasses a blend of digital marketing expertise, social media management, SEO/SEM knowledge, and sales support, both online and offline. You will be responsible for enhancing our brand visibility, generating leads, and contributing to the successful sale of our assets.

Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
   1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, and Carousell, tailored to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness.
   2. Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media and website, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
   3. Manage and optimize the company website, implementing SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
   4. Monitor and analyze social media and website performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
   5. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and deployment.
   6. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
   7. Research and evaluate competitor marketing and industry trends to keep our strategy competitive.
2. Asset Sales Support:
   1. Support the sales team in marketing assets for sale through online and offline channels.
   2. Develop marketing materials for asset sales, including online listings, brochures, and presentations.
   3. Conduct telemarketing and outreach to potential clients to generate leads.
   4. Develop and maintain a network of clients and potential buyers.
   5. Assist in the organization and execution of online and offline sales events.
   6. Provide regular updates to clients on marketing activities and market conditions.
   7. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
   8. Pitch for sole marketing appointments.
3. General Marketing & Administrative Support:
   1. Assist with the development of marketing strategies and campaign ideation.
   2. Create and manage marketing collateral, including emailers, websites, invites, and newsletters.
   3. Support internal communications across the company.
   4. Assist with event conceptualization, setup, registration, and operations.
   5. Provide regular reports on marketing campaign performance and sales activities.
   6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts.
   7. Handle daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
   8. Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO/SEM.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Carousell) and their respective audiences.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CRM systems).
5. Experience in sales support or asset sales is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. A proactive and results-driven attitude.
9. Familiarity with marketing automation is a plus.
10. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
