Key Responsibilities:
1. Market & Consumer Research Support
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer behaviour, and product opportunities.
- Compile and analyse data to support market entry assessments and strategic planning.
- Contribute to the development of consumer profiles and regional marketing briefs.
2. Marketing Campaign Coordination
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, in-store, and influencer marketing.
- Coordinate product sampling, launch events, and promotional activities in collaboration with external partners and agencies.
- Track marketing activities and campaign performance to report on KPIs and suggest improvements.
3. Brand & Product Communication
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, including product packaging, promotional materials, social media, and retail communications.
- Assist in the creation of marketing content (brochures, presentations, web content, etc.) tailored to specific regional markets.
4. Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Operations) to support timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with product development and packaging teams to ensure all marketing elements are aligned with brand standards and market needs.
5. Product Launch Support
- Support planning and execution of new product launches across different markets.
- Assist in preparing product decks, launch kits, and training materials for sales and distribution teams.
- Monitor product launch performance and gather customer feedback for analysis and reporting.
6. Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Maintain marketing documentation, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare reports, presentation decks, and competitive reviews for internal meetings.
- Manage vendor coordination, invoice processing, and purchase requisitions for marketing-related activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the food and beverage or FMCG industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience in supporting multi-market campaigns or working in an international environment is a plus.

Technical Skills:
