Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow local and overseas customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals in line with company goals.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery of customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote company capabilities and product offerings.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and after-sales support.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide technical support when needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
