Singlife Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd. – Central Singapore
As a Marketing and Recruitment Officer at Singlife Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to our growing team. This full-time position is based in the Central Region and will involve developing and executing recruitment strategies to identify, assess and on-board exceptional candidates. You will be creating engaging job postings, manage the application process, and promote the company brand to potential applicants.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement targeted recruitment campaigns to attract high-calibre candidates
Screen and evaluate job applications to identify the most suitable candidates
Performing the interview and selection process, including scheduling meetings and providing feedback
Create and publish compelling job postings that effectively highlight the key benefits of working as a Financial Adviser and Team leader.
Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and provide reporting on key metrics
Offer a superior candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the financial services industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Creative flair and marketing acumen to develop impactful recruitment content
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively and independently
Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
