Marketing and Outreach Assistant Manager / Education Sector

Salary: $4,000 - $5,000
Location: Pioneer
Period: 1 year contract (extendable and convertible)
Working hours: Mon - Thurs 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm

Job Scope:
○ Support marketing activities to meet recruitment goals.
○ Formulating, planning, executing marketing and outreach campaigns to attract high caliber applicants.
○ To provide visual creation for social media, EDMs, and other channels.
○ Attending to enquiries, event execution and participation, CRM management
○ Efficient administration and processing of applications from submission to matriculation
○ Coordinate and work with students for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities

Requirements:
○ Degree or Diploma in visual design
○ Minimum of 3 years relevant experience doing marketing in education sector
○ Experience in creating visuals/EDMs and event management
○ Strong oral and written communication skills to present ideas to internal and external stakeholders
