We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Marketing and Operations Lead. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multifaceted environment and is eager to apply both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across business development, operational management, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to drive product awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across multiple channels.
• Analyse campaign and sales performance using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends and inform data-driven marketing decisions.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing (EDM) initiatives, to promote products and services.
• Create compelling visual content using tools like Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to support marketing efforts.
• Manage and optimise product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities on platforms such as Amazon, Lazada, and Shopee.
• Coordinate and manage hair and urine drug testing services, including the recruitment, training, and supervision of freelance personnel to conduct testing operations overseas.
• Handle client enquiries via email, telephone, and walk-in visits, providing timely and accurate support while upholding service quality.
• Support cross-functional business operations, including logistics coordination, process improvements, and administrative follow-through.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable operational workflows to enhance efficiency and team productivity.

Requirements:
