A leading multinational biotech company seeks a marketing support professional for a 12-month renewable contract. The successful candidate will handle logistics for events, manage vendor agreements, and provide administrative support. Candidates with a degree in Marketing or Business and experience in event and operations management are encouraged to apply.
Our client is a leading Multinational Biotech company. This is a 12 month contract role (renewable).
Job Responsibilities:
Organize marketing events and webinars, working in collaboration with Regional Marketing Managers.
Coordinate logistics, such as catering, exhibition booth displays, venue booking, and transportation.
Manage speaker agreements, contacts, NDAs, invoices and payment to vendors.
Courier of marketing collaterals to overseas colleagues. Preparation of shipping documents, invoices and customs declaration documentations, etc.
Provide administrative support to the AMEA Marketing Team.
Develop e-invitations for marketing events and webinars.
Generate Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order for finance submission
Coordinate and submit marketing materials for MLR approval and monitor progress of the approval.
Coordinate and provide insights on various market research activities.
Provide support for marketing and digital analytics, ROI of events.
Job Requirements :
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Life Sciences preferred
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event, marketing, operations , administrative work and management
Must be very proficient with all Microsoft Office products – particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Desire to work in a fast-faced, highly dynamic, growing organization
Creative, energetic self-starter and can work independently
