Job Description:
Marketing (50%)
- Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM).
- Optimize marketing funnels to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze campaign performance and create regular reports using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.
- Develop and execute a content calendar across social media, blog, and email channels.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, reels, stories, graphics) tailored to each platform.
- Collaborate with brands, designers, and photographers for branded content.
- Write compelling copy for social media captions, website content, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Grow and maintain an active online presence through interaction, engagement campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor trends and use creative formats (e.g., reels, stories, challenges) to increase visibility and engagement.
- Support the development and launch of product, seasonal, or promotional campaigns.
- Represent the brand at events, pop-ups, and promotional activities.
- Assist in coordinating PR and influencer partnerships.
Workshop/Events (50%)
- Conduct, manage, or assist in workshops on scent crafting such as perfume and candle making.
- Promote and upsell retail products during workshops and events.
- Capture photos, gather Google reviews, and social media tags after each workshop.
- Prepare and pack materials for events/workshops.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.
- Assist in producing marketing materials (videos, pictures, blogs, etc.).
- Check inventory and ensure all materials are stocked and replenished.
- Manage display merchandise and maintain tidiness of the work area.
- Prepare retail products as needed.
- Ensure brand values, image, company regulations, and guidelines are upheld.
- Assist the CEO and team in other workshop, sales, and marketing activities as required.
