ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Marketing and Communications Executive reports to the Product Development Manager. Key responsibilities are to promote product sales. The individual will also be responsible for raising brand awareness and promoting Singapore-focused merchandise.

Fresh graduates welcome.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Creation

• Assist in creating publicity plan for existing and new products

• Create photos and / or videos of products for Marketing and publicity purposes

2. Sales

• Manage existing sales channels (e.g. Shopee, Website, TikTok shop)

• Respond to customer enquiries and aim for order conversions

• Work with logistics team on order fulfilment

3. Event Management

• Assist in occasional booth sales

4. Customer Service

• Attend to occasional enquiries at service centre

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Skill

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields.*

• Minimum 1-year experience in content creation and marketing.

> Please include your portfolio (e.g. links to YouTube / Portfolio) in your resume

• Knowledge of social media platforms’ functions (I.e. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu) is required.

> Knowledge of Facebook Business Suite is a plus

• Basic photography knowledge and video-editing skills.

> Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus

*Candidates with good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and possess Illustration / Graphic Designing abilities may be considered for a more senior role.

*Candidates without the related educational qualifications may be considered with a suitable portfolio or work experience

WORKING HOURS

• Flexible work arrangements are in place for this position

• May be required to work the occasional weekend (e.g. during events)
