A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive to enhance brand presence across various business units. The successful candidate will support strategic marketing initiatives, manage digital efforts, and create engaging content to promote corporate communications. This role requires a degree in Marketing or Communications and several years of relevant experience.
The Marketing & Communications Executive will play a key role in supporting the Group Marketing & Communications team in developing and executing strategic initiatives across the organization’s various business units. This role focuses on maintaining brand consistency, managing digital marketing efforts, producing content, supporting public relations activities, and driving corporate communications to elevate brand presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of group-level marketing and communication strategies.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all business units and external platforms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activities and objectives.
Manage and execute digital marketing efforts including the group’s website, social media channels, and email campaigns.
Create and curate compelling content such as press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and video scripts.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports to assess ROI.
Continuously optimize digital campaigns based on performance insights.
Assist in public relations activities including media relations, press releases, and corporate announcements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, agencies, and industry partners.
Uphold brand standards in all marketing materials and communications.
Support partnership and sponsorship initiatives across the group.
Drive internal communication efforts to promote corporate initiatives and company culture.
Handle any additional marketing-related tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in marketing or corporate communications (experience at the group or multi-business unit level is a plus).
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities for various content formats.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, Google Analytics, social media).
Experience with CRM systems, email marketing, and automation platforms.
Highly organized, creative, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in stakeholder engagement.
Background in B2B or multi-industry marketing is advantageous.
Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Comfortable with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
