• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across digital and local platforms to increase brand visibility and customer engagement for aircon servicing and repairs. Collaborate with sales to convert leads and optimize campaign ROI on Google Ads, Meta, local platforms, and direct customer engagement to drive brand awareness and sales growth
• Enhance local SEO strategies to increase search visibility for aircon servicing and repair services
• Design and produce promotional materials, social media content, and email newsletters to engage target audiences
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to report on return on investment (ROI) and inform strategy adjustments
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert marketing leads into loyal customers through coordinated efforts

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrate strong knowledge and practical use of digital marketing tools and platforms to execute effective campaigns
• Exhibit excellent communication and writing skills in English to create compelling marketing content and reports

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the Singapore market
