Job summary

JOBSTUDIO PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a data-driven marketing professional to develop, maintain, and analyze sales and marketing data using Excel, SAP and BI tools, translating it into actionable insights for strategic decisions.

You will support lead generation, campaign tracking, and B2B marketing initiatives, prepare dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve performance and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Best in Marketing/ Business/ Engineering)
• Minimum 4 to 9 years of marketing experience (Best in B2B)
• Proven experience in data-driven marketing, campaign management, and lead generation
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (PBI)/ Tableau
• Knowledge of Power Automate is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and communication/ stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage sales and marketing data using Excel, SAP, and internal systems.
• Structure and analyse data to support sales analysis, market development, and business decision-making.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, opportunities, and key business insights from sales and marketing data.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualisations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and related tools.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to guide sales strategies and priorities.
• Investigate performance trends and provide data-driven root cause analysis.
• Proactively propose ideas to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Support lead generation, campaign tracking, and B2B marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align business objectives and execution.
• Ensure data accuracy through regular validation, maintenance, and quality checks.
• Support process improvement and automation using Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and other tools.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to business growth through a data-driven approach.
