An established industry player in education is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Admissions Manager to enhance student recruitment and engagement. Overview:
The Marketing and Admissions Manager is responsible for recruitment and analysing the applications of prospective students based on the school’s admission standards. He/she is also expected to answer enquires parents have regarding admissions and thus must have excelling communication skills and professionalism. He/she leads the marketing for the school collaborating with partners to promote the school through digital marketing, promotional materials and events, social media and the school website.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Organise and conduct school tours for prospective parents, ensuring the maintenance of high quality customer experience at all times;
Effectively participate in initiatives to drive student recruitment and enrolment opportunities (including after-hours on evenings and weekends);
Recruitment and analysing of prospective student applications;
Filtering and categorisation of applications;
Able to have a clear understanding of the school’s policies and standards in regards to admission, and follow accordingly;
Point of contact for prospective families from enquiry to enrolment of new students;
Record and report accurate information on the entry process of students
Liaise and build positive relationships with various stakeholders and prospective parents of the school
Initiative to regularly follow-up on prospective parents via email, telephone, social media and in person;
Cascade relevant information in a timely manner to colleagues;
Support key school orientation and recruitment events;
Ad-hoc responsibilities as prescribed by Management
Produce an annual marketing plan
Collaborate with marketing partners to promote the school and coordinate the preparation of related articles and materials.
Collaborate with digital marketing partners.
Coordinate social media presence for the school.
Collaborate with the Principal and Deputy Principal to produce marketing materials and collaterals.
Ensure the school website is up to date and provides a dynamic experience for visitors.
Requirements:
Degree with at least 8-10 years of relevant working experiences
Experience within a customer-centric, transaction-based administration process an advantage.
Familiar with private education and have some understanding of the local community in Singapore.
Strong initiative to follow-up on prospective parents.
Affinity with and interest in Education.
Warm and friendly nature, unflappable under pressure.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Good team player.
Computer literacy and Social Media Savvy.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Ability to understand and converse in other languages will be advantageous.
