We seek a dynamic and organized individual to join as a Marketing and Administrative Support Specialist, crucial for the smooth operation of our Marketing team and Singapore office services.

Brand Communications

  • Assist in developing and managing promotional materials and integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across channels.
  • Ensure content, claims, and messaging align with brand guidelines and are approved by stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal).
  • Submit promotional materials for review and approval via VEEVA system.
  • Collaborate with countries to address regulatory and legal feedback, ensuring timely product launches.

Marketing Events

  • Plan and coordinate regional marketing events, managing budgets where applicable.

Administrative Support for Marketing Team

  • Manage regional marketing projects, liaising with global, regional, and country stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support including procurement, invoicing, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate content for Asia monthly townhalls and other tasks as assigned.

Singapore Office Administrative Support

  • Manage office lease payments, maintenance, and access.
  • Assist new hires and managers with internal systems (Ariba, Concur, travel bookings).
  • Support local events and employee activities.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of assets for senior leadership.

Education and Experience

  • Diploma or higher qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Organized, process-oriented, and a self-starter.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, positive, agile, and proactive.
  • Regional experience preferred.
  • Strong project management skills.
