A leading organization is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide logistics support and assist in event coordination at the National University of Singapore. The role involves stakeholder communication, vendor management, and backend tasks to ensure smooth operations. This position offers a contract of 2 years with potential full-time conversion and a competitive salary range based on experience.
Location: National University of Singapore (NUS)
Contract: 2 years, with potential for full-time conversion
Work Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Fri: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: $2,200 - $2,500/month (based on experience)
Job Duties (but not limited to):
Provide admin and logistics support for donor engagement and office operations.
Help coordinate events from planning to on-site setup and follow-up.
Support programme planning and manage donor records.
Communicate with stakeholders, council members, and internal teams.
Handle procurement and manage vendor interactions.
Manage backend tasks like emails, internal websites, and newsletters.
Assist with social media, content scheduling, and digital communications (if you have the skills!).
Draft updates for donor communications and reports.
