• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms is an advantage.

• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a good team player.
• Comfortable interacting with parents, children, and staff in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily office administration and documentation.
• Maintain student records and filing systems.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Support enrolment and registration processes.
• Create content for social media and Canva marketing materials.
• Update centre website and social media pages.
• Provide excellent customer service to parents and visitors.
• Support teachers and management during centre events.
