Location:
Dhoby Ghaut, Singapore
Salary: $2500-$3500 + commission
Role: Full-time | 5 days/week

At ONESTAGE, we are committed to providing exceptional learning experiences for our students. We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing & Admin Executive to support daily operations and help drive our growth through engaging marketing and customer service efforts.

What You’ll Do:
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions to increase leads and brand awareness.

• Create and manage content for social media platforms.

• Coordinate with teachers for content creation, ensuring timely posting and engagement.

• Be the first point of contact for inquiries, trial class bookings, and walk-ins.

• Assist with student sign-ups and guide parents to the best classes for their children.

• Maintain relationships with parents through regular updates and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with teachers to ensure smooth scheduling and gather feedback.

• Handle administrative tasks and maintain student records.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
• A Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
