A marketing firm is seeking a Marketing & Admin Executive in Singapore to support marketing operations in retail, trade, and digital platforms. Responsibilities include managing product portfolios, supporting marketing activities, and coordinating digital campaigns. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in marketing or product marketing.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Marketing & Admin Executive to support our marketing operations across retail, trade and digital platforms. This role works closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to assist with day-to-day marketing support functions, and execution of marketing activities, campaigns, managing of marketing materials and coordination of product-related tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in managing product portfolio
· Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with the product portfolio
· Compilation of market research data, competitors’ information (activities, products, pricing, promotions) and suppliers’ information to support product and marketing decisions.
· Perform product functionality and quality tests for new products with the relevant departments
· Handling product certification processes and ensure compliance in all product claims and marketing content
· Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, reports.
· Develop GTM strategies together with the Senior Marketing Manager to enhance product awareness and drive sales, aligning to market needs
Execution of Marketing Communication
· Work closely with Graphic Designers to develop and localise content for product packaging, product bulletins, POSM and support in product photoshoots and videos creation
· Coordinate and manage POS materials, in-store displays and merchandising needs
· Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across digital platforms
· Support content creation and scheduling for social media platforms
· Support co-branded marketing campaigns and collaborations with external brands of platform
Marketing Administrative Matters
· Coordinate with internal department on shipments
· Other administration support (Invoicing, payments etc)
Carry out any other tasks or duties assigned by immediate superior
Requirements
· Bachelors in Marketing, Mass Communications, Media or similar preferred
· Experience as a marketer or in product marketing for a minimum of 2 years in a related industry (e.g. electronics or FMCG)
· Proficient in using MS office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
· Creative and meticulous
· Willing to work on a broad spectrum of products / scope
