Admin

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

  • Prepare and update monthly reports on enrollment and fee collection.

  • Coordinate daily class operations and manage office supplies and teaching materials.

  • Process fee collections, issue receipts, and follow up on overdue payments.

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, document preparation, and ad hoc tasks.

Marketing

  • Pitch to prospective clients using scripts and follow up via text.

  • Manage social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and ensure consistent branding across platforms.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional materials.

  • Assist in organizing events such as open houses and workshops, handling logistics and setup.

  • Conduct market research to gather customer insights and track competitor strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
