Job description

The Market Supply Partner (MSP) plays a critical role in aligning sales markets and supply regions to optimize supply planning, staffing, and capability building. The MSP focuses on developing a future-ready supply strategy, ensuring talent availability, and fostering collaboration across regions and stakeholders. This role balances short-term needs with long-term growth strategies and enhances demand and supply visibility. The MSP partners with stakeholders such as Client Leadership Teams (CLTs), Engineering Directors (ED), Engineering Partners (EP), and regional heads to address staffing needs, execute supply plans, and shape regional distribution strategies.

Candidates must be Singaporean citizens or already hold Singaporean Permanent Residency (PR) at the time of application.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Partner with CLTs and EPs to align account-level supply plans with market demand and validate upcoming roll-offs.
  2. Collaborate on Market Supply Plans to identify talent synergies and optimize staffing distribution.
  3. Work with regional leaders to consolidate individual market plans into a cohesive Regional Supply Plan.
  4. Influence Build-Buy-Borrow (BBB) strategies at account and regional levels to support future talent needs.
  5. Serve as the main supply point-of-contact within accounts, working closely with CLTs, EPs, EDs, IMDs, and regional teams.
  6. Facilitate cross-regional collaboration for accurate supply forecasting aligned with business demand.
  7. Track staffing progress and assist CLTs and CSPs in prioritizing key roles for timely fulfillment.
  8. Leverage staffing tools and systems, maintain data hygiene, and support efficient JIT hiring.
  9. Dedicate 80% of efforts to future planning, pipeline building, and readiness for growth.
  10. Support operational teams with visibility into staffing gaps, utilization, rotations, and offshore/onshore leverage.
