As part of their strategic expansion in Singapore, they are looking to appoint a Team Head / Market Head, along with a team of seasoned Relationship Managers, to join their Singapore branch.
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the banks growth in the region and working with sophisticated clients across Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 24 experienced Relationship Managers, fostering collaboration and driving business development.
Oversee client acquisition and retention strategies, focusing on either the North Asia or Southeast Asia markets.
Grow and manage a personal book of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients by delivering bespoke wealth management solutions.
Serve a client base with international interests and complex cross-border needs, offering seamless wealth services across jurisdictions.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive multi-asset solutions, including investment advisory, wealth planning, and banking services.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk frameworks.
Requirements:
Proven track record in private banking, with deep coverage of the North Asia or Southeast Asia markets.
Strong leadership and team management experience within a high-performing private banking environment.
Ability to bring and grow a transferable client portfolio.
Expertise across a broad range of wealth management products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong relationship-driven approach.
Entrepreneurial mindset, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
Capable of handling complex client needs with tailored, innovative financial solutions.
