The Position

The Opportunity:

Roche Singapore is seeking a strategic thinker to join our Patient Access and Policy Chapter as a Market Access Lead. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategies to optimize patient access to Roche's pharmaceutical products in Singapore. The role will be based in Singapore and report to the Chapter Lead of Patient Access and Policy.

As the Market Access Lead, you are responsible for:

Engage with key stakeholders (eg: payers, patient advocacy groups, physicians, etc.) early to shape the system to be ready for our products, and to generate advocacy for optimal access to our innovations.

Lead the development and implementation of market access strategies - including compelling value narratives, pricing strategy, and HTA dossiers - that reflect the broad value of our innovation and align with brands’ desired outcomes

Provide market access insights, intelligence, and analysis to support the cross-functional team to make strategic decisions

Lead our Pricing Center of Excellence, be the point of contact for Global and cross-functional team on pricing topics

Represent Singapore in selected APAC and global networks

Who You Are:

Deep understanding of Singapore’s healthcare and reimbursement systems

A track record of development and delivery of impactful access strategies

Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills

Experience leading cross-functional teams and/or agile ways of working is desirable

Experience in policy/ advocacy/ system shaping/ health economics is a plus

Language: Fluent in English. Fluency in other local languages (Mandarin, Malay, Hindi) is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (eg: life science, economic or business degree). A degree in health economics is a plus.
