Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage vessel and non-vessel invoicing, payments, month-end closing, and related journal entries.

You will ensure accurate coding, posting, and documentation in our accounting system. Applicants should hold a Diploma in Accounting or Finance and have at least three years of relevant accounting experience. Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and transmit vessel-related invoices, ensuring accurate accounting codes.
• Prepare bi-weekly and ad-hoc vendor payments with timely posting.
• Generate weekly Statements of Account and monthly proforma revenue reports.
• Support internal control audits and handle transmission of vendor invoices.
• Prepare non-vessel invoices with proper accounting treatment.
• Perform fixed asset accounting including depreciation and disposals.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate e-filing and document retention.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare balance sheet schedules.
• Assist in budgets preparation.
