Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore is seeking an officer to support the Whole-of-Government MARSEC approach. Seconded to Singapore Maritime Crisis Centre (SMCC) full time, the role acts as a subject-matter expert on shipping industry developments, regulations, and national security implications.

You will liaise between MPA and the seconded agency to ensure cross‑agency initiatives are communicated and executed, support exercises and training, and help coordinate responses for major national

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, writing and communication skills.
• Highly driven and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good knowledge of the shipping/marine industry; prior experience is an advantage.
• Experience in security functions or national security agencies is an advantage.
• Job title will align with SMCC job title framework.
• Two-year contract with potential extension.

Responsibilities
