Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Maritime Security Auditor to support a government project. You will conduct audits at port facilities, review security measures and coordinate with port operators and national agencies.

This role offers exposure to maritime regulation, port operations, and regional security matters, with on-the-job training provided. The position is based in Mediapolis, One-North and follows standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in Maritime Studies, Maritime Business, Marine Engineering, Nautical Studies, Port and Shipping Management or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills.
• Able to present issues and recommendations clearly.
• Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance and licensing audits at port and terminal facilities
• Review security measures and follow up on areas requiring improvement
• Coordinate with port operators, shipping companies and national security agencies
• Support regional efforts to prevent piracy and sea robbery
• Explore the use of technology to identify unusual activities and improve operational efficiency
• Assist with the administration of regional ferry service operations
• Prepare reports, briefings and other relevant documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders

Salary: Up to $4,125 per month
