Job summary

RAPAS MARINE & OFFSHORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Marine Manager to oversee shipbuilding, repairs, offshore installations and maritime infra projects. You will drive on-time, on-budget delivery while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, coordinating with shipowners, contractors, and regulators, and leading marine engineering teams to deliver safe, compliant results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marine management or related leadership roles.
• Knowledge of shipbuilding, repair, offshore projects and maritime ops.
• PM methodologies: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile.
• Familiarity with maritime regulations and HSE standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, budget, and allocate resources for marine projects.
• Oversee shipbuilding, repair, offshore, and marine infrastructure work.
• Coordinate with shipowners, contractors, engineers and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with IMO, SOLAS, ABS, DNV and class requirements.
• Develop budgets, monitor costs, manage contracts and procurement.
• Supervise engineering teams, perform quality audits and resolve issues.
