Job summary

Starmarine Shipping Pte Ltd seeks an Administration & IT Executive to oversee our maritime enterprise systems and daily IT operations in Singapore. The role combines system administration with essential office governance, ensuring secure access, configuration management, and reliable backend support across vessel and shore modules.

You will also handle general IT tasks, data privacy, and executive logistics, helping maintain smooth operations for both maritime software users and office staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS/Business IT/Maritime Studies or related fields.
• Experience in IT desktop support, systems administration or ERP/maritime software support.
• Strong understanding of databases, access management and backend troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer maritime enterprise systems, manage user access rights and configurations.
• Provide end-to-end system support for modules including PMS, Marine Operations, HSEQ, Crewing, Procurement and Certificates.
• Deliver first-line IT support for office hardware, Windows devices and network issues.
• Support day-to-day office administration and logistics, maintaining data privacy.
• Coordinate with vendors for backend fixes and feature requests.
