Job summary

Pacific Carriers Limited in Singapore offers an internship in our Group HSSEQ Department, focusing on safety communication and performance improvement across our fleet. The intern will analyse fleet safety data, identify gaps and incident trends, and develop campaign materials such as toolbox talks, safety bulletins, and infographics, while supporting campaign evaluation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's in Maritime Studies.
• Strong analytical abilities to collect, interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare HSSEQ-related bulletins and newsletters under supervision.
• Monitor and trend the effectiveness of campaigns and projects rolled out to crew and vessels.
• Prepare training materials and placards for culture and awareness enhancements of ship and shore employees.
• Support planning of Crisis Management & incident management.
• Support plans for continual HSSEQ delivery improvements.
• Support analysis of all HSSEQ data.
• Monitor and update HSSEQ KPIs scorecard.
• Engagement and training to support safe operations of vessels.
• Maintain incident and injury database.
