The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with 3–8 years in operational controlling, preferably maritime. Strong Excel and ERP experience, plus analytical and organizational skills, are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
3–8 years of experience in operational controlling, maritime/industry preferred.
Strong cost-control, accounting, and analytical skills.
Proficient in reporting and KPI production.

Responsibilities

Monitor vessel operating costs including crew, maintenance, fuel, insurance, and other expenses.
Ensure reliability of standard daily cost for each vessel and analyze variances.
Work by vessel, cost item, cost breakdown, and status.
Monthly review of the PO module and backlog with operational teams.
Monitor variation orders in analytics and contract recharges.
Provide concise financial analyses to explain variances and support decisions.
