Job summary

Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a field service technician to inspect, repair and maintain equipment for reliable operation, collaborating with clients and superintendents to deliver quality services. This permanent on-site role is based at Boon Lay Way.

Hours are Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm. Travel overseas may be required; you will receive AWS, travel allowance and OT pay along with base salary. Diploma in Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics) or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to travel overseas for assignments.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic inspections, repair, service, and maintenance of equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Collaborate with clients and superintendents to deliver quality services efficiently.
• Generate reports and present findings to relevant personnel.
• Provide remote troubleshooting support through emails, ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
