About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marine Service Engineer to join our team at FUJI HORIGUCHI ENGINEERING PTE LTD' located in the Taman Jurong West Region. This full-time position is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for maintenance and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients in the marine industry.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out preventative maintenance and servicing on a wide range of marine equipment and systems
• Troubleshooting and repairing any malfunctions or breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner
• Liaising with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements
• Providing technical guidance and support to clients and junior team members
• Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Marine Service Engineer or in a similar role within the marine industry
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of a wide range of marine equipment and systems
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites as required
