Responsibilities:
Conduct checks and inspections to validate completion of installation in line with project requirements
Carry out functional and technical tests on equipment, components and systems
Perform repair works on equipment, components and systems
Document comprehensive inspection reports/service reports
Assist with soliciting required entry permits and approvals based on regulatory and legislative pre-requisites
Provide training to customers about product usage and maintenance
Maintain and repair working tools and equipment
Apply productivity methods and practices to improve efficiency in service repair tasks
Take initiative to seek opportunities for improvements and implement corrective actions
Attend to customers' technical queries
Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
Min GCE ‘O’ Level / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Technical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience in the Marine Engineering industry is advantageous but not compulsory
Entry-level / no working experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
Salary will be commensurate based on experience and qualification
Able to work irregular hours and travel overseas
Able to work in fast pace environment
Responsible, pro-active, meticulous & committed team player
Preferably possesses class 3 driving license
