About the Role:
My Client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marine Sales & Operations Executive to join their growing team in Singapore. This role requires a strong understanding of the maritime industry, excellent client management skills, and the ability to support end-to-end sales and operational processes.
You will play a key role in driving international sales, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring smooth operational execution. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with global exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with both local and international clients
- Generate and manage international sales opportunities, from inquiry to closure
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and support to customers throughout the sales cycle
- Deliver excellent after-sales service and handle customer queries effectively
- Oversee inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels and timely fulfillment
- Prepare competitive quotations, manage sales contracts, and support post-sales activities
- Participate in marketing and networking initiatives to build brand presence and customer base
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in the marine or maritime industry
- Strong proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office 365 and general IT tools
- Sound knowledge of the Singapore maritime landscape and industry stakeholders
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
