Job summary

ICF International is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Executive to support MEP estimation, tendering, quantity surveying, and commercial activities for marine interior, shipbuilding, and vessel refurbishment projects in Singapore. The role involves reviewing tender documents, determining MEP scope, preparing detailed estimates, and coordinating with ceilings, partitions, and interior finishes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in MEP estimation, tendering, quantity surveying or commercial support.
• Experience in marine, offshore, shipbuilding or marine interior fit-out is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; knowledge of estimation software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, MEP specs, drawings and equipment schedules.
• Determine MEP scope and identify missing information, conflicts and commercial risks.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, bills of quantities and detailed cost estimates.
• Coordinate MEP requirements with interior finishes and equipment.
• Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate quotations for technical compliance, pricing, lead time and terms.
• Prepare tender pricing summaries, assumptions, exclusions and qualifications.
• Support tender clarifications, revisions and negotiations.
• Provide a complete commercial and technical handover after award.
