Job summary

A leading safety management firm in Singapore is looking for an HSE Specialist to oversee documentation, ensure compliance, and promote a positive safety culture. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Marine industry, possess a Specialist Diploma in HSE, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing HSEQ records, conducting quality checks, and participating in audits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in HSE, especially in Marine, Shipping, or Ship repair.
• Completed occupational health and safety training.
• Knowledge of ISM and ISPS codes, incident investigation techniques, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and flow of safety management documentation.
• Conduct quality checks on documents ensuring compliance in an ISO-certified environment.
• Monitor HSEQ programs, maintain records, and prepare status reports.
