ASEANET MANPOWER CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Team Leader in the marine sector to drive business development, strengthen client relationships, and lead a growing team.

You will oversee fleet HSE matters, coordinate SIRE inspections and vessel surveys, and guide Masters on safety and navigational matters. The role emphasizes strong leadership, industry knowledge, and a robust network in marine services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in maritime studies or related field.
• Relevant seagoing experience, preferably as Chief Officer or Master.
• Experience in marine fleet management, HSE and vessel inspections.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations, SIRE inspections and safety management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee fleet HSE matters, incident investigations, reporting and corrective actions.
• Ensure vessels comply with Class, Flag State and relevant maritime regulations.
• Coordinate SIRE inspections, vessel surveys, ship visits, safety drills and audits.
• Advise vessel Masters on safety, HSE and navigational matters, and assume the DPA role.
• Oversee vessel maintenance, repairs, dry-docking and deck consumables.
• Manage crew recruitment, deployment, welfare, performance and competency development.
• Coordinate crew training, vessel inspections and emergency response activities.
• Perform other fleet management duties as assigned by Management.

In this role, you will lead business development efforts, strengthen key client relationships, and drive project opportunities, including drydock, cross-selling, and retrofit solutions.

We are seeking someone with proven leadership experience, strong industry expertise, and a well-established network in the marine sector. The successful candidate will be confident in leading a team while actively pursuing and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
