Main Responsibilities

1. Diagnose and understand the causes of equipment defects.
2. Provide instructions to field workers for confirmation and troubleshooting.
3. Coordinate with the head office technology department for inquiries and support.
4. Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
5. Select appropriate maintenance parts.
6. Summarize ship visit histories and maintenance records.
