Job Purpose

  • Provide training for in-house systems
Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Meet with HQ on business alignment, KPI, areas of improvement
  • Coordinate regular meetings within the department to manage activities/issues
  • Identify inefficiencies in productivity and performance
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships
  • Develop and implement strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Support training programs, seminars, and roadshows
  • Manage Business Partner License (BPM) yearly billing
  • Conduct marine specialized dealer assessments (BPM)
  • Update dealer contact information via surveys (BPM)
  • Manage material returns to HQ for analysis
  • Keep records of CS stock, engine inventory, and stock on loan
  • Process warranty claims, working with CS on a weekly basis
  • Develop KPIs in collaboration with HQ and dealer network
  • Research innovative ways to improve the business model through technology and resources
  • Build relationships with dealers and customers, developing strategies to expand the customer base
  • Drive revenue growth by nurturing new leads and partnerships
  • Work with customer support and dealers to process warranty claims promptly
  • Place parts orders for warranty jobs
  • Conduct yearly warranty audits
  • Collaborate with HQ on warranty waste management
  • Perform annual warranty access reviews
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent, with good administrative knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power BI
  • Willing to travel to HQ and dealer locations
  • Experience in an engineering environment
  • Ability to hold regular meetings with HQ
  • Good interpersonal skills to build rapport across all levels
