A leading company in the Marine Outboard Motor industry is seeking a Marine Engineer to execute sales orders and provide technical support during installation and troubleshooting. Candidates should possess a relevant engineering degree and significant experience in the marine sector. This role involves close co-operation with dealers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Marine/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years in the Marine industry.
• 3 years experience in Marine Outboard Motor Industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales orders and co-ordinate with Principal and Dealers.
• Conduct in-house testing and assist in site installation.
• Troubleshoot issues to Marine Outboard motor systems.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Role

1. To execute sales order with Planned Schedules

2. To co-ordinate with Principal/Dealers/Internal department colleagues on design, workshop, sales and admin on the execution of Sales order

3. To compile documentation and drawings for Submission to Customers or dealers

4. Attend technical clarification meetings on project/technical issues with customers/dealers/principals

5. To conduct In-house testing on Equipment

6. Assist Customer in Site installation and attend to Site commissioning

7. Assist Dealers in site installation and commissioning

8. Prepare site installation and testing report

9. Training of internal technicians and dealers technicians on A&I, Operation and Maintenance

10. Ability Perform troubleshooting on issues to Marine Outboard motor system

SECONDARY ROLE

1. Assistance to the Section Head

2. Task assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATION

• Degree/Diploma in Marine/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

• Candidates with HITEC and minimum 5 years in industry

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years experience in Marine Outboard Motor Industry

• Project Management/A&I / Training

• Hands on experience on T&C of Marine Outboard Motor ( Electric/Diesel/Gasoline)

• Co-ordinating with Principal and Dealers

• Hands on experience on perform troubleshooting of Marine Propulsion system
