• Provide administrative services to Operations department;
• Assist with processing applications and preparing documents of vessels (e.g. compliance with class and other relevant local authorities, insurance) and/or as instructed.
• Coordinate, attend to and manage technical aspects of vessel to ensure seaworthiness including but not limited to maintenance and drydocking;
• Attend to the application and renewal of licenses;
• Provide reports, as required;
• Liaise with the supplier & ensuring good relationship is maintained
• Undertake any other relevant duties and projects as directed and assigned by the Operations team.
