Job description

MARCOMMS EXECUTIVE

(This is a Contract to Permanent role)

As the Marcomms Executive of Civil Service Club (CSC), you will be responsible for managing and growing the Club’s digital channels and social media/ broadcasting platforms. This includes developing and executing engaging content, running effective campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to promote the Club’s membership, facilities, services, and events. You will also be tasked with tracking and optimising the performance of CSC’s digital and social media platforms. You will work closely with clubhouse teams to market their facilities and offerings. In this role, you will report directly to the Marcomms Manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage CSC’s digital channels (website, e-newsletters) and social media/ broadcasting platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Telegram, WhatsApp Channel)
  2. Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with the Club’s marketing priorities, seasonal activities and promotions
  3. Create, curate, and publish engaging content (visuals, videos, captions, reels, stories) that maintains a consistent and positive brand voice
  4. Foster online community engagement and manage responses to comments and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  5. Monitor trends and topics to identify relevant content opportunities
  6. Work with internal teams, agencies and vendors as needed to develop contents and campaign assets
  7. Support clubhouse teams in marketing their facilities and services
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and materials for the marketing of clubhouse facilities and services
  9. Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications or social media management
  3. Proficient in managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  4. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  5. Up-to-date with current best practices, tools and trends on social media and digital content
  6. Experience in digital marketing, UX/UI design, Canva and Mailchimp
  7. Familiarity with design and photography principles is a plus
  8. Able to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  9. Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
