Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field.
• Higher Nitec/Nitec certification in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

1. Meet production quantity targets as per daily production plan and process quality requirements as specified by the work instructions.
2. Participate in multi-skill training and conduct on-the-job trainings to new technicians.
3. Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor to control one main production line/process which may include several sub-assembly processes.
4. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance productivity and product quality.
5. Assist to collect/compile quality data for filing/engineering study purpose.
6. Assist to control production materials and perform material cycle count.
7. Actively initiate/participate in workplace safety, 5S and environmental friendly activities.
8. Recommend RMA rework with lowest cost. Perform trouble shooting for testing fall out instruments and parts evaluations as per Engineering requirement.
9. Assist line supervisor to run one process/product line.

Requirements

1. Higher Nitec/Nitec certification in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 - 4 years of hands-on relevant working experience.
3. Those without the necessary experiences will be considered for junior technician.
4. High degree of technical competence and creativity of relevant working experience.
