Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities:

• Assembly and testing of the product to ensure that all required specifications are met.
• Work with Supervisor and Mechanical Engineers to ensure that quality, waste and efficiency are meeting the requirements.
• Troubleshoot faulty product or parts to ensure that all required specifications are met.
• Repair products coming back from the field
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers on improving products based to experience from the field, maintenance and repairs
• Prototype new product versions
• Execute improvement activities on quality and work process efficiency
• Maintain conformity to quality standards in procedures and documentation
• Participate in continuous improvement activities in product design
