Manufacturing Team leader (Fixed Shift, High-Tech Manufacturer)

We're Hiring - Manufacturing Engineer (Fixed Shift, High-Tech Factory, Eastern Singapore)

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support a team to meet daily production goals while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Manage manpower, resources, and daily shift handovers, escalating issues when needed.
• Ensure safety and manufacturing procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Train, coach, and implement improvements to boost performance and minimize errors.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, Production, or IT.
• Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing plant or factory.
• Process leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (8 to 8).
