Overview

General, Compliance and Manufacturing SupportResponsibilities

  • As team member of XDC Manufacturing Support and GMP (XMSG) team under Site Facility Service, be responsible of managing cleanroom garments, consumables, cleaning agents and disinfectants purchase and inventory.
  • Be responsible of overseeing and coordinating external cleanroom garment laundry services.
  • Assist overseeing XDC site cleaning and disinfection activities.
  • Be responsible for production waste being generated during biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ensuring proper handling and disposal by contractor per EHS requirements.
  • Conduct investigation of deviation that has been assigned by the team lead, supporting XDC site internal/external audits and change control management.
  • Perform other tasks that have been assigned by the team lead.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree, major in life science, biological science, microbiology, chemistry and etc.
  • Diploma or NITEC or equivalent technical school or diploma certification in life science, biological science, microbiology, chemistry with at least 3-4years working experience in a biopharmaceutical or equivalent industry.
  • Familiar with using SAP system is a must, basic cleaning agents and disinfectants, GMP cleanroom and contamination control knowledge,
  • Experience in biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry operation is preferred.
  • Good teamwork ability, strong sense of responsibility, communication ability and execution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and basic conversational Mandarin would be plus.
  • Demonstrate good communication and comprehension abilities. Display a good working attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to follow leadership directives.
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess good multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
