Job summary

ICHOR SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on manufacturing supervisor to lead production teams, ensure quality and adherence to budgets, and optimize schedules.

You will develop manpower plans, control labor and capital expenditures, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Robotics & Smart Systems, with 5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong Excel/Office skills,

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work night/day shifts and OT as needed.
• Leadership to manage and develop a team.

• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plans and administers procedures and budgets.
• Makes budgetary recommendations and controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor at higher levels.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
• Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Robotics & Smart System is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory skills in a manufacturing environment is a must
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software applications.
• Knowledge of GMP will be an added advantage.
• Leadership skills are necessary to manage and develop a team.
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
• Willing to do night/day shift and OT support when needed.
