Gross Salary: RM 12,000 - 30,000 ( Depends on Experience and Working Skill )

Reporting To: Data Analytics Manager (US-based)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Data Analyst to support the development and deployment of machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. This role involves working with large and diverse datasets, applying statistical and analytical methods, and collaborating across teams to enable data-driven business strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, building insights, and contributing to model development that supports global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Gather, interpret, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
• Model & Algorithm Development: Contribute to building and refining algorithms that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Data Integrity: Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across workflows.
• Collaboration: Partner with AI/ML teams to design, test, and deploy machine learning models.
• Insights & Visualization: Develop meaningful dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Communication: Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to business stakeholders and leadership.
• Additional Tasks: Undertake other responsibilities aligned with business needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI, data analysis, or machine learning (experience with CoPilot is a plus).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with enterprise data warehouses and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and complex insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
