Job description

Production Management:

• Assist to oversee daily production operations in the Tape and Reel area.

• Support on receiving and batching process activities.

• Assist on the production scheduling and deliveries.

• Manage production resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

• Other tasks related to operations assigned based on business needs.

Health & Safety /Facilities Management:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

• Coordinate and help to resolve facility issue

• Communicate with vendor on compressor and aircon issue.

Logistics Support (INBOUND and OUTBOUND)

• Help on the inbound and outbound activities.

• Send shipment report to customer prior warehouse receipt of the delivery products.

• Handle shipping matters and coordinate collection and delivery of parts.

• Assist in managing inventory levels of raw materials, ensuring they are sufficient to meet production needs.

• Support to monitor material inventory to ensure availability.

• Handles purchase of production required raw materials

• Purchase of machine spareparts and other production materials.
