Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd is partnering with a manufacturing client in Singapore to hire a Quality Engineer. You will develop and manage quality plans for new products and changes, while supporting risk analysis like design reviews and FMEA.

You will lead measurement planning, capability studies, and qualification activities for new or modified parts and processes. You will collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth launches and strict adherence to quality control plans, while preparing

Qualifications

• Min Engineering or Manufacturing Engineer degree.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 quality systems.
• Good knowledge of metrology, GD&T and statistical analysis tools such as Minitab.
• Familiar with quality tools such as FMEA, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Able to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage quality plans for new products and product modifications to meet customer and project requirements.
• Support risk analysis activities such as design reviews, FMEA, and reliability test planning.
• Lead measurement planning, capability studies, and qualification activities for new or modified parts and processes.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product launches and compliance with quality control plans.
• Ensure customer and supplier quality documentation is completed and approved.
• Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis for quality issues during new product launches.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and development processes.
